Psalm 2:7-9

⁷ “I will surely tell of the ^[a]decree of Yahweh:
He said to Me, ‘You are ^(A)My Son,
Today I have begotten You.
⁸ Ask of Me, and ^(B)I will surely give ^(C)the ^[b]nations as Your inheritance,
And the ^(D)ends of the earth as Your possession.
⁹ You shall ^[c](E)break them with a ^[d]rod of iron,
You shall ^(F)shatter them like a potter’s vessel.’”
